Associate Product Manager

Centivo’s clinical partners are dedicated to controlling costs and helping members navigate the healthcare system, aided by personalized patient/doctor matching tools. Members are rewarded for working with their primary care team and choosing high-value care, and are supported through a user-friendly app and their concierge. Summary of the role:

Centivo is looking to add a self-starter Associate Product Manager to support the product team with developing of product specifications and managing the software developing lifecycle. You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, engineers and other stakeholders to determine requirements for tools that are meant to improve member and provider interaction with the healthcare system.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain requirements documentation our member and concierge products.  Identify gaps and prioritize new features.
  • Scope work and define testing plans to validate product releases.
  • Project manage complex initiatives, such as implementation of a new technology partner.
  • Develop and analyze member/user surveys to measure member satisfaction or inform feature prioritization.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manipulate and analyze complex data sets
  • You want to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
  • Extremely organized and strong time-management skills
  • You enjoy being a team player, but not afraid to work independently when needed
  • Willingness to stretch beyond defined roles to assist where needed

Education and experience:

  • Four-year college degree in applicable course of study
  • 2+ years of professional experience working as a product manager, business analyst, project manager, or similar role

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare and/or fintech
  • Experience with product releases, functional requirements, and/or development documentation
  • Understanding of interactive and user experience design concepts
  • Experience with agile development practices

Work Location*:

  • An ideal candidate would be located within proximity to our NYC or Stamford offices sufficient to be physically located in that office on a periodic basis. Consideration would also be given to exceptional candidates who are either the Buffalo NY geography or who would be fully remote
