Client Implementation Manager

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

Centivo is looking for a Client Implementation Manager who will work with Centivo’s functional experts, 3rd party vendors and client project leaders to implement Centivo health plan products and services.

  • Manages implementation of new customers covering all aspects of a TPA/Health plan solution – including (but not limited to) member engagement and customer service, claims processing, PBM integration, custom provider network arrangements, and employer analytics & reporting.
  • Develops client-specific implementation program management model and project plans to meet client requirements.
  • Leads multi-stakeholder meetings and conference calls for the launch and ongoing management of implementation projects.
  • Organizes cross-functional teams to implement customer programs as stated in proposals.
  • Builds trusted relationships with multiple members of the client’s benefits team; attends client meetings with Account Manager, 3rd party vendors, and brokers.
  • Prepares reports/documents for internal and external presentations.
  • Provides regular updates to Leadership, Client and stakeholders on the status of client implementations.
  • Provides and/or coordinates appropriate system demonstrations and training
  • Adapts and enhances project management methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Centivo’s overall implementation capability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7 or more years of health insurance carrier and/or TPA industry experience required
  • Extensive implementation project management experience including use of project management tools and methodologies
  • Ability to travel and attend client meetings as necessary and during peak seasons.
  • Excellent oral and written communications; an ability to present information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, gains understanding.
