Stephanie leads People and Legal Affairs for Centivo.
Before joining Centivo, Stephanie founded solve& consulting, a management consulting firm working with boards, executives and entrepreneurs on strategy and organizational effectiveness. Prior to that, Stephanie served in senior human resources roles at Rich Products and Bureau Veritas where she advised senior leadership teams and led the development and implementation of leading practice people processes. Earlier in her career Stephanie was tenure track faculty at Medaille College, director of human resources at Catholic Health, confidential law clerk in federal court and a practicing insurance and malpractice defense attorney.
Stephanie also serves as an independent director for Allied Mineral Products, a 43North judge and mentor, an adjunct professor in the University at Buffalo School of Management and as the Executive in Residence with UB’s Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness. She is a member of Women in the Boardroom and The Buffalo Angels and is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
Stephanie holds a BA in speech pathology, a JD with concentration in commercial law and an MBA with concentrations in human resources and health care – all from University at Buffalo.

Alan leads product development for Centivo.
Prior to Centivo, he was a co-founder of Liazon, operator of the industry’s leading private benefits exchanges for active employees, and after its acquisition, led product development and strategy across Willis Towers Watson’s exchange offerings. Prior to Liazon, Alan was CEO and co-founder of Online Benefits, which was acquired by A.D.A.M., and then served as President of A.D.A.M. Prior to Online Benefits, he worked in the insurance industry for Prudential, Mass Mutual, CIGNA, and managed an insurance brokerage.
Alan is the author of the book “Employee Benefits and the New Healthcare Landscape”, and is quoted frequently in the press, including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Employee Benefits News, and more. He serves on the board of several early stage companies, and is an advisor to Blue Heron Capital.
Alan holds a BA from Cornell University, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and an MBA from London Business School.

Sarah is the Chief Client Success Officer at Centivo.
Sarah comes to Centivo from her role as Senior Vice President, Client Success at Collective Health. During her tenure there she scaled the team, structure and operations required to support the strong growth of the company. She worked closely with the clinical and data science teams to establish value-based metrics and reporting, and collaborated with clients and consultants in implementing strategies that improved cost and quality outcomes.
Prior to Collective Health, Sarah spent more than 14 years at Mercer in various leadership roles. Most recently she was the Northern California Market Leader. Her time in consulting was focused on working with C-Suites and boards of large, multinational companies advising on risk management strategies as well as designing differentiated employee experiences that deliver measurable impact on corporate results.
Sarah holds an undergraduate degree in Statistics and Actuarial Science from Western University (Canada) and is a Fellow of both the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.

Sarah is the Chief Financial Officer at Centivo.
Sarah brings a wealth of experience leading and scaling high-growth healthcare and tech organizations. At Centivo, she leads our capital markets strategy and oversees financial operations as we continue to accelerate our national expansion.
Most recently, Sarah served as CFO at Capsule, where she helped raise over $500 million to rebuild the pharmacy experience for the modern healthcare consumer and integrate it with the rest of the healthcare ecosystem.
Sarah received an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Wayne Jenkins is the Chief Medical Officer at Centivo.
He is an accomplished physician and executive with a proven track record of patient-centered, revenue-driven results. Over the course of his career, he’s consistently transformed large, complex healthcare systems into market leaders that deliver quality and value in a dynamically changing environment.
Prior to Centivo, he was the Chief Clinical Officer for Population Health at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he provided clinical oversight of value-based care delivery and completed the formation of Medicare Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). Before his time at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Orlando Health, as well as President of Orlando Health Physician Partners. Previously, Wayne was the chief of radiation oncology and then subsequently the medical director for the Florida affiliate of M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, a subsidiary of Orlando Health, Inc.
Wayne holds a BA from the University of Tennessee, an MD from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, and a Master’s of Health Policy and Administration from Johns Hopkins University. He is board-certified in radiation oncology and was recognized in Best Doctors in America annually from 1994 to 2015. He’s published 18 scientific articles and is often sought out to speak at state and national conferences.

Jim joins Centivo as our President and Chief Operating Officer
Jim most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Availity, one of the nation’s largest real-time health information networks. Before that, he spent five years as President and CEO of Consortium Health Plans, which serves as the focal point for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield National Account segment. While there, he helped to spearhead the development of the Blues high performance network.
Prior to his time at Consortium, Jim served as the North American Business Leader for Mercer’s health and benefits business. Earlier in his career, he was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group, and before that an officer in the US Navy SEAL teams.
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University, an MBA from the Harvard School of Business and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

Dave leads actuarial and data analytics work for Centivo.
He brings over 30 years of experience in employer-sponsored health care, including program design, operation and ongoing financial management. His expertise with comprehensive employer health strategies for both active and retired employees informs many of Centivo’s solutions. Previously, Dave worked for Willis Towers Watson, including serving as the firm’s Chief Health Actuary for many years. He had previously worked at two other consulting firms and at Aetna Life and Casualty’s health insurance operation. He is quoted frequently in the press including USA Today, the New York Times, Business Insurance and many others.
Dave holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He is also one of the three members appointed to the US Department of Defense’s Board of Actuaries.

Stuart oversees business administration along with other management activities.
Prior to Centivo, Stuart spent 15 years with benefits consulting firm Willis Towers Watson and its legacy companies in various consulting, strategy, and program management roles – most recently as leader of strategy implementation for the Exchange Solutions segment – which developed and delivered health & benefit exchange products and services to employers of all sizes. In other roles, he served as COO of a pension risk management venture, co-leader of Towers Watson’s merger integration team, and an internal strategy consultant.
Stuart began his career as a healthcare analyst with a boutique firm working on reform initiatives with federal and state agencies, and spent five years as a Congressional aide on Capitol Hill covering healthcare, education, and labor issues.
He holds a BA, Masters of Industrial and Labor Relations, and MBA from Cornell University.

Ashok founded Centivo in 2017 after observing the inefficiency in the healthcare system and the pain that has resulted for employers and employees.
Prior to Centivo, Ashok co-founded Liazon, operator of the nation’s industry-leading private benefits exchange for active employees. Liazon was acquired by Willis Towers Watson in 2013, and after the acquisition, Ashok served as Managing Director for Willis Towers Watson’s Group Exchange business. Prior to Liazon, Ashok was an Associate Principal at McKinsey and Co., where he served as a leader in the firm’s healthcare and private equity practices.
In addition to his role at Centivo, Ashok serves as a senior advisor to Silversmith Capital, a growth equity firm.
Ashok received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University, a Master’s degree from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
