Former President of ValueHealth Benefit Administrators Brings 14 Years of Experience in TPA Services to Centivo

Buffalo, N.Y. – August 23, 2023 – Centivo, a first-of-its-kind health plan for self-funded employers anchored around leading providers of value-based care, announced today it has hired Dallas Scrip as President, TPA (Third-Party Administrator) Services, and Chief Delivery Officer, a new and critical role intended to create a more efficient health plan experience for Centivo clients. In this position, Dallas is responsible for managing and overseeing Centivo’s plan implementation, member enrollment and experience, claims review and payments, vendor integration and more.

Dallas joins Centivo with 14 years of experience in the TPA services industry, where he most recently led both the TPA business and risk / captive unit at ValueHealth Benefit Administrators. In this role, he helped to lead a substantial improvement in operating performance with respect to claims processing, call center metrics and financial performance. Prior to ValueHealth Benefit Administrators, Dallas served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Benefit Management. He was also a benefits consultant at Gallagher Benefits Services, where he specialized in creative cost containment strategies.

Dallas received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Affairs Journalism from The Ohio State University and a Master’s degree in Liberal Arts and the Social Sciences from Baker University. He frequently speaks at industry conferences, including those hosted by the Self-Insurance Institute of America (SIIA) and Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA). He is also a member of the Zelis Executive Council and former President of the Wichita Area Benefit Professionals.
